Does the website show all your products?
As one of the largest online promotional products catalogues in the UK, 2bsourced offers over 12,000 items. Our product database is dynamic and regularly updated. We are always on the lookout for more unusual and creative products, so if you can't see what you're looking for please email one of our account managers at sales@2bsourced.co.uk for advice. Can I see an actual product sample before placing an order?

We are able to supply samples of any of the products featured on our website or in our catalogue. These are available upon request and will be charged at the lowest order quantity rate, payable by credit card only. Unfortunately we are unable to give any credit for samples returned to us under the value of £10.00.

How do I place an order?
If you are interested in a particular product, simply click on the relevant button or on the 'Contact Me About This Product' link. Once we have received your completed form, you will be contacted by one of our account managers to discuss your specific requirements in order to provide a detailed quotation. Assuming you approve the costings and any visuals, which will have been prepared free of charge, you will then be sent the relevant paperwork. After we have received your confirmed order, our graphic design department will prepare your final artwork which will be emailed to you as a pdf file for your approval. Upon receipt of your signoff, the artwork is passed to our production team who will process your order in keeping with the pre-agreed delivery dates.

How do I supply my artwork or design?

Our in-house graphic design studio can accept all forms of artwork and logos. We do not charge for preparing final artwork. If you don't have any professional artwork, don't worry as we can prepare it for you. For further details on our artwork guidelines click here.

When will I receive my order?
Production times differ according to the product chosen, and will be advised to you in writing. Please note that the forecast delivery dates are subject to receipt of signed artwork approval and not from the order date. At 2bsourced we fully appreciate that occasionally customers require promotional products urgently. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, tell us at the outset and we will endeavour to ensure that your products arrive on time.

When are screen charges or setup charges?
The promotional merchandise industry has established standard charges to cover the cost of setting up specific printing equipment to produce imprinted items. The actual charge will vary according to the process used, but will always be advised to you in writing.

How accurate will my corporate colours be reproduced?
We are unable to give a guarantee that customers' pantone numbers or colour samples will be matched exactly because of the variety of materials and imprinting techniques used by 2bsourced and our suppliers. Colour references supplied by customers to us will be matched as closely as possible but 2bsourced is not liable for any deviations of print colours or any ensuing cost. Wherever possible we will advise you of any potential issues before production commences.
