Payment Details
Approved accounts
Full payment is due within 30 days of our invoice date, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed with us in writing.
New accounts
Our standard policy for new accounts is 100% payment by proforma. Only
directors of 2bsourced.co.uk can sanction any form of credit terms.
Before placing an order with us using a credit or debit card over the
Internet please check that you fully understand and agree with our
Terms and Conditions. No money will be deducted from your account until
your order has been confirmed.
Overdue accounts
Accounts that are still unpaid 14 days after payment was due will be
blocked from receiving any further deliveries of promotional products.
We will charge interest on such accounts at 2% above the prevailing
Barclays Bank base rate from the date the account became due until
payment is received. Payment of overdue accounts may be chased at any
time after payment becomes due, which shall be in addition to and
without prejudice to any other rights we may have against you. Should
it become necessary to pursue payment from you via a third party or
court proceedings, we reserve the right to charge you for any ensuing
legal or collection charges.
